My Broker Philosophy  - While I have massive marketing, I am not a mass marketer! I only want a few properties at a time to market. I take the assignment of selling your home seriously and my objective is to sell your home not just list it! I cannot have dozens of listings and devote the necessary time to be successful in selling your home. I get satisfaction from the fact that I am in the top 2% of all Atlanta real estate agents on production volume and (so far) have sold every listing since 2010 and have had only 6 expired listings since 2007 (when values were plummeting.) And no, I do not price them low to sell quickly. I always ask my Clients get a pre-listing appraisal so both you and I know exactly where we should be on price and you pick the price.
